A massive fire ripped through some sections of the popular Lagos Airport Hotel in Ikeja, Lagos on Thursday night.
Eyewitnesses confirmed that a bus, belonging to a transport tour partner of the hotel, caught fire and then affected about twenty vehicles parked within the hotel premises.
According to a Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) spokesperson, emergency services arrived at the scene at about 10 p.m after receiving multiple reports that there is a fire outbreak at the hotel.
It is also gathered that the massive fire has been extinguished by LASEMA and other responders. Authorities say they are carrying out investigations to ascertain the cause of the fire.
