One of the toughest missions in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is "Demolition Man. It is offered by Avery Carrington. Without the completion of this mission, you can't proceed to the final missions of the third Island(Vice City Mainland) which includes; The Gang missions and some property missions.
Just a quick recap: Avery Carrington offers you a mission to plant 4 bombs at different locations in a building that is still under construction. The building is being built by one of his real estate competitors.
You are to place these bombs using a RC helicopter, once you pick up a bomb for the first time, the detonation timer will start to count, you then have seven minutes to place the remaining bombs.
There are about 13-14 construction workers (including two security guards with guns) present in the building, the construction guys also have hammers, and as you make your way around the building, they come after trying to damage your RC helicopter.
Most people find it hard to complete this mission because you are only given a time range of seven minutes and there are also workers present in the building that will prevent you from placing the bombs and will attempt to damage your RC helicopter. All these limits your chances of completing the mission.
I have figured out a way you can finish this mission easily.
Firstly, since the detonation timer starts to count only when you pick up a bomb for the first time, then all you have to do is to drive the RC helicopter inside the building and kill all the workers, you can do this by using the rotor of your RC helicopter.
When you are done, go back and pick a bomb. The timer will then start to coun. Then, start placing it in the building one by one, you will notice that you'll manoeuvre your way into the building more easily and you will complete the mission in less than 7 minutes.
