An appeal filed by the People's Democratic Party(PDP) and its 2019 Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has been dismissed at the Supreme Court today.
The Presidential Election Petition Court(PEPC) ruling on the appeal marked SC/738/2019 on Tuesday, led by a five man panel of the Supreme Court states that the appeal has become statute barred, and hence, struck it out.
