A very young woman in China was told by the doctors that she may not be able to give birth after having a total of 17 abortions within just six years.

The 27-year-old woman, Xia Ju, first conceived when she was 21. At that time, she had just started dating her boyfriend, but had no plan of getting married anytime soon.
As the duo continued to have sexual relations for six years, Xio didn't make use of any contraception to avoid pregnancy. She continued to opt for abortions, with doctors saying she aborted an average of three times per year.
So when she conceived for the 17th time, she adopted the method of abortion, as usual. But this time, the doctors warned her not to, that it might become very difficult for her to conceive again in the future if she continues with the abortion.
