This is one crazy looking tattoo

If I were to ask him why he did this tattoo, I'm sure the response I'll get will be that he wants to beautify himself.

And how beautiful has that made him look? I don't think it's cool for you to tattoo your entire face, rather it makes you look ridiculous.
