It is definately a sad news when an innocent person is 'mistakenly' killed by law enforcement. The Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) is infamous for such actions. This time around, an 11-year-old girl was killed after SARS officials opened fire at suspected yahoo boys while in Lagos.
